The gaming and music world has seen collaborations drawing unfathomably large audiences, with as much attention to production sunk in as the real thing. A popular instance of this is the in-game Fortnite virtual concert series, the Rift Tour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>What Is the Rift Tour?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Fortnite, the Rift Tour is a &#8220;musical journey into magical\u00a0new realities where Fortnite and a record-breaking superstar collide.&#8221; In this case, that record-breaking superstar is the one and only Ariana Grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Players can jump into this musical realm at select times and experience the event free of charge. So far, the finer details around this year&#8217;s Rift Tour remain fairly cryptic. These times cover America, Global, Asia\/Oceania and EU\/ME. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>August 6, 6pm PT \/ 11pm BST &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>America<\/li><li><strong>August 7, 2pm PT \/ 7pm BST &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Global<\/li><li><strong>August 8, 12am PT \/ 5am BST &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Asia\/Oceania<\/li><li><strong>August 8, 10am PT \/ 3pm BST\u00a0<\/strong>EU\/ME<\/li><li><strong>August 8, 6pm PT \/ 11pm BST\u00a0<\/strong>America<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As the concert takes place within the game, Fortnite developers have recommended players arrive a good 60 minutes before the show kicks off. They&#8217;ve also stated the Rift Tour playlist should be live 30 minutes before each show. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Players are being urged to travel through the virtual festival ground with friends, and they can visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicgames.com\/fortnite\/en-US\/rift-tour\">RiftTour.com<\/a> for details on scheduling and reminders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to really get into the spirit of things, players can get their hands on some Rift Tour goodies.
