Depending on whether you’re working with a page (business) or profile (personal), there are two ways to change your Facebook<\/a> URL. We’ll walk you through both!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to change your Facebook URL for a profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: <\/strong>
Head to your Settings & Privacy<\/strong> that’s located in the top right of your Facebook page under the drop down menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>
Then click on Settings <\/strong>in the next menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong>
In General Account Settings <\/strong>click on the pencil next to the field that displays your Facebook URL <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:
<\/strong>Enter a new Username, and make sure your new username is available.
Once you’ve entered an available username, click Save Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to change the Facebook URL for a page<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong>
You must be logged into the admin account linked to your business page to do this.
Head to your Facebook business page and click on the About <\/strong>section <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>
Click on Edit Page Info <\/strong> in your About <\/strong> section<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: <\/strong>
Enter the new name into the Username <\/strong>field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:
<\/strong>This will automatically save your changes once you click outside the Username <\/strong>field if the new name is available <\/p>\n\n\n\n
