It’s time to take a look back on all the RouteNote Licensing<\/a> subscriber favourites for the month of May. Get inspired for your next content project!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each month, we put together a fresh collection of everything that our subscribers have been downloading and using in their projects. We take a peek at all the royalty free music<\/a> and sound effects<\/a> that have enjoyed some popularity over the last few weeks. This includes both royalty free and creative commons (CC0) SFX<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it’s sound design or soundtracks for feature films, or backing tracks for YouTube<\/a> videos, we’ve got a huge catalogue to choose from. It’s always exciting to see what the flavour of the previous month has been. If you’re planning a podcast or getting ready to shoot some short form content for social media, our Subscriber Favourites – May 2022<\/a> collection will help you get some cool ideas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

May Music<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nearly every month features some of the same artists, who consistently draw creators to their work. It’s more of a surprise to see that Kevin Macleod<\/a> doesn’t feature in the collection. Although, we’re pretty sure this has never happened before!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, Kevin makes a few appearances in May’s collection. This time with tracks Healing<\/a> <\/em>and Relaxing Piano Music<\/a><\/em>, the latter of which sits nicely in our most streamed songs<\/a> on RouteNote Licensing. AxR’s track, 1am<\/a> <\/em>also features this month, and boasts the title of RouteNote Licensing’s most<\/em> streamed song ever!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re all about variety though, and it’s great to see new to RouteNote Licensing artist, Akuya<\/a> featuring in the subscriber favourite’s collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjoy a mixture of relaxing ambient tracks, great for meditation videos, as well as upbeat electronic beats from the likes of Vexento<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

May Sound Effects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There’s been a lot of love this last month for our jet-setting sound effects contributor, Felix Blume<\/a>. Some amazing audio captures have been downloaded, showcasing authentic sounds from around the world. Hear the call of the piha bird in the Amazonion rainforest<\/a>, or the ambience<\/a> of a rainy day in the Belgian village of Hombeek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with most month’s we’re seeing more love for nature sound effects, with rustling leaves and sounds of the garden featuring in the collection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re trying to set the scene in your vlog or short film, we’ve got all the sound effects you could ever need!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
