You’ve spent a great deal of time. hours, maybe even weeks, perfecting your latest video project. You finally hit that upload button, but instead of a sense of relief, a familiar knot hits your stomach. Did I miss something? Are there any mistakes? Instead of obsessively refreshing analytics and sending yourself spiralling into a frenzy of post-upload anxiety, which is a common phenomenon for creators, let’s figure out why it happens along with some strategies to overcome it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you press upload, your role changes. You go from being in Creator mode (active, creative, in control) to Audience mode (passive, critical, vulnerable).
